VA Experiences runs on a simple pairing: what you eat and how you arrive. Both are the parts of an occasion people actually remember, and both are usually the parts handled by whoever was cheapest.
Exotic food and global cuisines
We provide exotic food and global cuisines for hotels and corporate events. That covers menu development for a hotel that wants a cuisine it does not currently offer, and full catering for corporate functions where the food is expected to be a talking point rather than a formality.
Cuisine, headcount and dietary requirements shape the quote, so send all three when you enquire.
Premium cars
We also provide premium cars for travelling, weddings, VIP pickups and corporate events — BMW, Audi, Mercedes and more.
- Weddings — bridal cars and guest fleets, booked around the muhurtham rather than a rental slot.
- VIP pickups — airport and hotel transfers for visiting executives and guests.

Booking
Cars are booked against a date, not held speculatively, so wedding and festival season fill early. For catering, the lead time depends on the cuisine and whether ingredients have to be brought in.
The most useful first message tells us the date, the city, the headcount and which of the two you need — or both.

What kinds of events does VA Experiences handle?
Hotel and corporate catering with exotic food and global cuisines, and premium car hire for travel, weddings, VIP pickups and corporate events. The two are booked together or separately.
Which cars are available?
BMW, Audi, Mercedes and other premium marques, for weddings, VIP pickups, corporate events and intercity travel. Cars are booked against a confirmed date, so wedding and festival season fills early.
Do you cater for hotels as well as private events?
Yes. We work with hotels that want to add a cuisine to their offering, and we cater corporate events directly. Send the cuisine, the headcount and any dietary requirements and we will come back with a costed proposal.
How far in advance should we book?
For cars, as soon as the date is fixed — particularly during wedding and festival season. For catering, lead time depends on the cuisine and whether ingredients have to be brought in.
Do you work outside Chennai?
Yes. Both sides of the business travel, and the group's UK base covers enquiries in European hours.
