VA Realty is a real estate consultancy firm and property sourcing agent, specialising in residential property acquisitions and sales, property investments and property management.
Our partners have vast experience in real estate working in partnership or independently in the market place, offering sound sales and acquisitions advices, as well as acting as trusted advisors and consultants with the clear aim of building long term relationships.
Advisors, not brokers
The difference matters. A broker is paid to close the transaction in front of them. VA Realty's partners work as trusted advisors and consultants with the stated aim of building long-term relationships, which occasionally means telling a client that the property they like is the wrong buy.
Our partners have extensive experience in real estate, working both in partnership and independently across the Indian market, and that market knowledge is the actual product.

A meaningful share of residential work is for buyers who are not in India. VA Groups operates from Chesterfield in the UK as well as India, which means an overseas buyer has someone reachable in their own working hours.
For those clients we handle viewings, documentation checks, and ongoing management on the owner's behalf, so that owning property in India does not require being in India.
